/24-7PressRelease/ - To meet the training and technical communication needs of Northeast Ohio businesses, Radcom, a consulting firm in Hudson, Ohio, recently hired Tom Fischbach, as a Professional Services Manager. Since joining Radcom, Fischbach has already worked with clients in manufacturing, finance, and higher education.
Fischbach, of Concord, Ohio, most recently worked for Rockwell Automation as an Instructional Developer and spent over 11 years at Progressive Insurance in varying positions, including Instructional Designer. Fischbach has an associate degree of Arts with a focus on English and an associate of Applied Science, both from Lakeland Community College. His additional experience includes extensive time as a classroom facilitator of a range of topics from technical procedures to interpersonal communication.
Radcom president, Bob Dianetti, said, "Tom has worked for many of the same types of companies that we work for. His background, experience, and detailed industry knowledge helped him to move right into his new role."
In Fischbach's new role, he is responsible for executing projects and working with clients, subcontractors, and staff to design and develop a variety of communication and training solutions, including e-learning and Web 2.0 technologies. "I'm learning something new every day that I can share with clients to help them achieve even better and more efficient results," said Fischbach. He added, "My work experience seems to complement very nicely that of the other professionals at Radcom. We learn from each other and are currently using our own
Learning 2.0 tools to stay informed and stay in touch."
Fischbach is also a guitar enthusiast. His hobby is playing and collecting guitars. He plays mainly electric guitar and plays a lot of classic rock. He also enjoys spending time hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors.
