"Teenagers need to learn how to recognize danger and how to escape to safety. There is no way to ensure a risk-free environment, but there is a way to empower teenagers to be confident to fight back", said Goliger. "It is our responsibility as teachers and parents to empower our children with safe self-defense survival skills. Today's teenagers are faced with so many threatening situations and challenges, but do not know how to handle them in a positive way. The new teen C.L.A.S.S. Self-Defense Curriculum gives our teenagers the necessary tools to recognize danger before it happens. With proactive techniques that teaches Internet Safety, how to handle peer pressure, shakedowns, and sexual harassment, safety awareness of possible predators, and actual step-by-step physical techniques to defend against and escape any attacker, this complete self-defense program empowers our teenagers to make quick and positive decisions." Goliger continued, "Children are abused and abducted daily. It is for them that I developed my program, and it is because of them that I will continue my teaching to help give our children, if not a safer world, at least the safety tools they need to survive in it."
