To coincide with National Children's Book Week, the Color Book Gallery will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, November 18th, 2006 from 11 AM - 6 PM. Activities for the day include:
- 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Face painting
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Scavenger Hunt
- 12:00 PM Complete Scavenger Hunt (Ages 4-8 can enter any day from Tuesday, November 14th. One winner will be selected each hour, from 1:00 - 5:00 on Saturday)
- 12:00 PM - Story hour & Book signing - Legend of the Chocolate River, by Coco LaBon
- 2:00 PM - Make Your Own Bookmarks - Ages 2-8
- 4:00 PM Bolivian Music Activity - Ages 4-8
- 5:00 PM Refreshments
