For people on the move, the new V2.0 version of Halloween Experience, with haunting background music and sounds plus flying witches, allows users to create their own "virtual pumpkin" by moving 30 facial pieces, up from 15 at the program's introduction. Size and orientation are changed by pinch and rotate gestures. Shaking erases the creation while shaking again recovers the image.
Costing 99 cents, the enhanced program also includes a Halloween version of hangman, now with more than 150 spooky words (up from 100), a new haunted Tower of Hanoi game with 10 levels of play, ability to see the pumpkin creation glow in the dark and optional "auto hide buttons."
Halloween Experience also features a countdown on the number of days to the annual celebration and assorted scary sounds with tilting of the device in different directions.
