Damion Rutherford, Director of Online Marketing for the site, was very enthusiastic about the new design. "We've spent many hours testing different layouts and formats for the new site design. The one we have selected is fantastic. It is easy to navigate, provides the information our customers want to know, and just looks great!".
The new design went through a series of over 60 beta-tests designed by the company. It received the highest score of all designs tested, ranking a 9.89 out of 10.
"The goal of the new design was to let the user get to any page within a few clicks. This new design has met this challenge, and we're very happy with it", said Gary Kipe, President of Truck-Tool-Box.com.
"Not only have we revamped the design, but we've also improved on our shipping process. Now, it's as easy to buy our toolboxes in Hagerstown where our plant is based, as it is anywhere else in the country.", added Kipe.
The new site design has a target launch date of October 15th, 2008.
