It was designed and created by master's level psychologist Michelle Lucchesi based on her eleven years of experience as a psychotherapist. Lucchesi saw patterns of dysfunction and began to put the common interventions into a larger concept of wellness that can be used not only for those who are healing from mental illness, but by those who are healthy and want to maintain that health.
