This 24-hour broadcast of some of today's rising independent artists will be the first of its kind for Nghosi Books.com's online artist forum. "The addition of this feature on the Nghosi Books.com web site only enhances our abilities to provide our independent artists and art lovers of the artist community with the creative talents of artists of all disciplines," acknowledges, Shonia Brown, CEO/Founder of Nghosi Books.com.
"CNOTES" is not only unique because it is primarily an independent artist program, but it is also a public radio program that can be enjoyed by the whole community day and night. The flexibility and convenience of the Internet programming allows listeners to tune in at any time of the day or night from the comforts of their home or office.
On April 4th, the current broadcast will be a mix of programming and samples of what listeners will hear, as Nghosi Books.com tests this new media integration and surveys its listeners' interests. In later months, programming for "CNOTES" will take on the permanent schedule of providing, Monday-Thursday, an independent artist mix of the latest music from all genres, Friday, Top 40s, RandB, House, and more with DJ Dante, Saturday, artist spotlight including exclusive interviews and CD listening parties, and Sunday, Gospel and Soul music. "We also intend to add new DJ personalities and an Entertainment Columnist to the radio programming as "CNOTES" continues to grow. A part of our first broadcast will be the recognition for some of our current business associates through commercials/PSAs. Planning for the radio programming began earlier this year, as Nghosi Books.com's CEO/Founder realized the need for a more interactive approach to sharing the wonderful talents of the independent artists who call Nghosi Books.com their second home.
