Raza, an independent consultant in the financial services industry, and was most recently the Director of Debt Capital Markets for Bank Alkhair, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in investment banking.

Prior to joining Bank Alkhair, Ms. Raza held other leadership roles in the financial sector, as well serving as a Director of capital markets for Standard Chartered Bank and Millenium Finance Corporation in Dubai. From 2003 to 2007, Ms. Raza served as the Director of debt capital markets for KeyBanc Capital Markets in the US. She started her career at JPMorgan in London in their Credit Origination department, where she worked on the credit origination as well as the syndicate desk during her time there.

Attributing her success to her hard work, perseverance and dedication to her field, Ms. Raza became involved in her profession at a time when the industry was underdeveloped in debt capital markets. She wanted to be part of it and grow with it, accepting the opportunity to work for a company that was in search of a scientist who could work well under pressure and apply mathematical skills to the banking industry.

Ms. Raza's educational background consists of an Msc in Financial Engineering from the ICMA Center of the University of Reading and a first class BSc (Hons) in Physics with Space Science from the University College London. She is certified by the Financial Services Authority and holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. Always ready for a new adventure, when's she's not working, Ms. Raza enjoys traveling. She is also an avid supporter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
