His 16 years of industry experience started with nine years of land, offshore, and international cementing experience on all well types. He transitioned to well site supervision and for the last seven years has been working for ConocoPhillips drilling all well types including horizontal, directional, shallow gas and oil sands delineation programs. The last two years were served as a field drilling superintendent on ConocoPhillips Surmont Delineation Project. Here, he coordinated all field logistics and drilling activities and for 10 rigs and a 360 man camp.

Trained in Safety Leadership, Advanced Safety Auditing and Taproot Incident Investigation, Noel also excels in business, people, money and project management, having completed coursework in business and engineering at The University of Lethbridge.
