Orfeo Soundworks announced its newly developed mono headset, Orfeo Voice at IFA 2016 held in Berlin, Germany.
ANYANG, KOREA, December 02, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Orfeo Soundworks (CEO Tommy Kim), the Innovation Award Honoree in the headphone part at CES 2016 for the world's first 'noise-blocking' Bluetooth earphones, announced its newly developed mono headset, Orfeo Voice at IFA 2016 held in Berlin, Germany.
Orfeo successfully demonstrated its noise-blocking technology to IFA visitors and attracted buyers from leading automobile companies, aviation and aerospace companies, and distributors.
Normal earphones and headsets, wired and wireless alike, are not the best device for phone calls because the microphone is located outside and far away from your mouth, allowing every noise to enter instead of your voice. However, Orfeo put the microphone inside the earpiece. Therefore, by putting in the earpiece inside your ear, all the ambient noise is physically 'blocked' from going into the mic, while the microphone transfers only the person's voice that travels internally through the Eustachian tube.
When the microphone inside the earpiece picks up the internally travelling voice, the voice quality become distorted. Orfeo's patented core technology then automatically changes distorted voice to be person's natural and original voice. Orfeo has multiple internationally patented technology that puts together
Another great use case for Orfeo's noise-blocking technology is voice recognition even in the loud environments. Orfeo boasts that with their headset, voice recognition becomes possible even at a place like a rock concert.
Aside from phone calls, Orfeo provides Hi-Fi sound when listening to music. Additionally, users can turn on SoundThruTM to hear surrounding sound while listening to music. Unlike existing in-ear earphones, SoundThruTM lets people to be aware of their surroundings, enhancing their safety.
"Orfeo Voice and its noise-blocking technology can change the way people communicate in the field of military, aviation, construction, and heavy industries," said CEO Tommy Kim, "Not only that, Orfeo Voice will be a game-changer for IoT and voice recognition industry."
