A graduate of the University of West Los Angeles, Ms. McKinney earned her JD in 1994. Ms. McKinney is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and volunteers with the Cumberland Academy for autistic children, the Atlanta Smiles Foundation and March of Dimes. She aspires to write a book about the rules and regulations of the financial industry and the effects of deregulation.
