LEMON GROVE, CA, April 25, 2009 Norman L. Ferguson, Sr. has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for excellence in all aspects of municipal services.
Mr. Ferguson has been proudly serving the City of San Diego for the last two decades. Currently holding the position of equipment operator, he is in charge of operating equipment that open and close graves at local cemeteries and, whenever necessary, supervising and performing exhumations. Prior to joining the municipal office, Mr. Ferguson served in the U.S. Army, from which he was honorably discharged, and worked in the field of security for six years. He was honored with the 2008 Employee of the Year award and with several Employee of the Quarter awards. He attributes his success to his determination and hard work. Mr. Ferguson plans to retire within the next five years, at which point he intends to do a lot of fishing, travel to the countryside, and visit his friends.
