/24-7PressRelease/ -- North Country Dental is sponsoring its 3rd Annual Craft Fair to benefit Relay for Life, the American Cancer Society's signature activity in the fight against cancer. The craft fair will be held on November 21st from 10:00-3:00 at the Ed Fenn Elementary School in Gorham, New Hampshire and is open to the public.
North Country Dental is looking for crafters and retailers to participate in their 3rd Annual Craft Fair. A registration fee of $20.00 along with a donated item for a drawing will benefit the American Cancer Society. All other table proceeds belong to the crafter/retailer.
North Country Dental (NCD) is an active sponsor of many community benefits and charitable events. Although the actual Relay for Life Event is held once a year, NCD accepts donations all year long at North Country Dental's offices. They also actively raise donations for the cause through various creative projects such as selling community donated books at their offices for a dollar, dinner-and-dance galas, and fashion shows featuring local cancer survivors as models.
NCD has held the distinction of being one of the top Relay for Life fundraisers in the community. "We were one of twelve relay teams honored in New England for being an "All Star Relay"," Allison White, office manager for North Country Dental said recently. "My co-chair, Claudia Sudol, and I were invited to be part of a panel to speak to all the Relay teams in New Hampshire on fundraising techniques and we were honored in Concord, NH for highest percentage increase over last year."
Relay for Life is a world-wide event. Not only a fundraiser, the event is a life-changing experience. Every person in the community has a chance to celebrate survival, remember those who fought the disease, and get the opportunity to fight back.
