Under the terms of the agreement, SoftGen Australia will promote and sell Novosoft's flagship product Handy Backup through its partner network.

Under the agreement, SoftGen Australia will assist in the expansion of four Novosoft's titles of backup software: Handy Backup Standard, Handy Backup Professional, Handy Backup Full and Handy Backup Server. The entire network of resellers, SI's, VAR's, OEM's and system integrators will have full access to Novosoft's training and education services and will be backed up by Novosoft's own support and engineering team.
