Richard Neidert, a deeply experienced technology industry executive, has joined NRX Global as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Service and Marketing. Dan King, formerly General Legal Counsel for NRX, has been appointed the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Dennis Wu, formerly VP of Development for NRX, has been appointed Senior Vice President of Engineering.

Richard Neidert is a professional engineer and technology industry executive with more than 20 years experience leading companies in Canada's Technology Triangle through periods of strategic and technological change. Mr. Neidert will lead the NRX Sales, Services and Marketing Teams to ensure strong revenue growth and seamless customer facing execution as NRX scales to meet global demand.
Prior to joining NRX, Dan King was a partner at Lafleur Brown, a full service law firm in Toronto with offices in several Canadian provinces. Mr. King will be responsible for all legal and financial matters affecting the Company's business, along with its HR and IT functions.
Dennis Wu has over 15 years of experience building world-class enterprise and consumer software. Prior to NRX, he worked at BackWeb Technologies and Symantec Corp. He will be responsible for all aspects of product development including design, development, testing and support.
