NUI today announced the delivery of their multi-touch solution for Cityscape, Abu Dhabi 2008

(NUI) successfully designed, built and delivered a customized multitouch hardware solution and software package for Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2008, The International Property Investment and Development event, in the United Arabic Emirates.

The Sjir of Ajman, UAE Princes and other visitors of the event, were drawn to NUI's interactive two by one and a half meter multitouch table, which allows people to intuitively and naturally interact in an appealing way with the digital content of the new city, called Al Zorah, that yet has to be build.

The client, Al Zorah Development (Private) Company P.S.C., which is part of Solidere International, was very pleased to see the result of the large scale interactive environment that was created.

Al Zorah PR and Communications Manager Randa Armanazi stated: "NUI's multi-touch technology is amazing. We are looking forward to collaborate with NUI on more projects in and outside the Middle East, in the near future."

NUI's CEO, Harry van der Veen, stated during the event: "NUI is satisfied with the project result, when the client is satisfied, which is the case. Al Zorah, is a near 60 billion USD master-planned coastal development project launched in Ajman, UAE.

The project is an initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Noaimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, who has the vision to transform Ajman's coastline into a world class residential, business and leisure community.
