Shirt messaging promotes individuality and free-range thinking, with images that are a bit off center from normalcy. The odd gets odder—all shirts are printed inside out and on irregular merchandise and packaged in earth-friendly, oversized, reusable tea bags.

The start-up collection includes over 35 designs for guys and gals. The line features basic and ringer T's, tanks, pigment dyed 3/4 length T-shirts and hats. Future designs will come from the company design team along with creative contributions from customers. Customers are invited to submit ideas for slogans and designs. Winning work is rewarded with a cash payment and of course an Odditeaz shirt. The line is currently available only on-line at Odditeaz.com and prices range from $23.00-49.00.

The Odditeaz shirt line is an extension of a new on-line community called Oddpodz. Oddpodz hopes to connect to the roughly 150 million global Creative Class market. The Creative Class includes 30% of all employed people and nearly half of all wages and salaries. "The Creative Class is an important and influential population." explained Karen Post, President of Oddpodz.com. The site offers cool content, a blog, a marketplace and a "vent" section where members can post confessions, sound offs or things that annoy them. A robust social network where members can meet other creatives will launch soon.
