Mr. Sayre has 35 years of professional experience, the last 20 of which he has worked as an independent consultant. His work focuses on the development of construction laboratories. He sets up laboratories, equipment, and calibrations, trains laboratory managers on how to do calibrations, and writes manuals for the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mr. Sayre has worked with several laboratories in Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky and Virginia. He has been involved in the certification of laboratories at both the federal and state level.

Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Sayre served in the military and attended Purdue University. A member of his local chapter of ACI, he attributes his success to his determination. Aside from work, Mr. Sayre is a life member of the North American Hunting Club and the North American Fishing Club. He volunteers his free time assisting the elderly and by taking children on fishing trips to teach them the hobby.
