/24-7PressRelease/ -- Wedding gowns from trendy designers such as Adele Wechsler, Winnie Chlomin, Miosa Couture and Priscilla of Boston are now available in the greater New Orleans area thanks to the opening of Olivier Couture Bridal Boutique. The new business, located in Mandeville, Louisiana, carries a variety of designer wedding gowns, accessories and bridesmaid dresses including several exclusive lines not available elsewhere in Louisiana.
Olivier Couture is also the first to introduce "eco friendly" dresses to the St. Tammany area for brides through the Adele Wechsler line of bridal wear. These gowns may include material made from sustainable fabrics, organic materials or vegetable dyes and are produced using fair trade labor guidelines.
According to co-owner Jessi Olivier this is a trend in most parts of America that has not taken hold yet locally. "Having a 'green' wedding is the hot thing in a lot of places and we want to give brides those choices here in the New Orleans area," says Olivier.
Olivier Couture is a new business owned and operated by the mother -daughter team of Jessi Olivier and Karen Swinford. They have combined their experience in the wedding industry and special events planning to their new business which treats brides to a relaxing experience in a salon like setting.
