"From a business perspective we've been looking to upgrade our HQ for a while now, but ultimately we did it for our guys," states Managing Director Ryan Tracy, explaining the decision behind moving to a more open, atmospheric floor plan. "We wanted the new space done in time for June, July and August which is a fun time of year in Miami. The city comes alive, even more so than usual, alongside being an important season for recruitment."

Omnifortuna, Inc. and their business partners - who are occupying similar office space in the vicinity - have made concerted efforts with the interior design for the upcoming recruitment season. To reward the longstanding efforts of their existing team, Omnifortuna, Inc. have installed space age style hanging pods, air hockey and foosball tables into their office. This will also help to ensure they remain as competitive as possible when looking to attract the top talent Miami has to offer.

Location played a big role in the firm's original pursuit of the space, and the move now sees them situated only a stone's throw away from the Bayside Marketplace and the aforementioned American Airlines Arena. With both places visible from their office windows, the location is sure to be a big pull for prospective team members, being so close to such extravagant food, beverage and entertainment options.

Omnifortuna, Inc. are currently contracted to consult, develop, manage and build sales forces for the in-store big box retail and business-to-business promotion and sales event sectors.
