With ten years of professional experience, Ms. Medina excels in child support services. She is responsible for overseeing the child welfare and support department, conducting interviews, managing confidential information and proof of paternities, ensuring form completion, scheduling appointments, attending court hearings, preparing paperwork and certified letters, overseeing complaints regarding child support, determining the coefficient of performance and deoxyribonucleic acid testing. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending training programs and continuing her education.

Ms. Medina earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Associate Degree in Sociology from Saint Peter's College in 1985. She has completed additional pre-medicine training programs. She received a Level II certification in human services and hopes to obtain a level V certification in the future.
