The past year has brought with it a lot of success in the virtual world. Williams has been awarded VANetworking's "VAccolade Business Entrepreneur Award" and "Blog of the Week Award". He has also written 2 successful e-books on responding to and writing virtual assistant RFPs and another e-book on article marketing. He has served clients from all over North America and has gone from a solo practice to having a team of Associate VAs to assist him when the need arises.
The services Williams' practice offers have changed a bit over the year. He started offering basic administrative services, but has found his clients were looking for others, such as travel agent services and creative services. Williams believes that constantly updating his service list to meet the needs of his client base is one of the keys to his success.
