Operation ABLE of Michigan to host 24th Annual Ability is Ageless Job Fair

    WESTLAND, MI, March 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Are you age 40 or older and currently looking for a job? Have you thought about a mid-life career change? If so, you will not want to miss the 24th annual Ability is Ageless Job & Career Fair, sponsored by Operation ABLE of Michigan on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Plaza Hotel & Conference Center, 16400 J.L. Hudson Drive (between Eight and Nine Mile Roads) in Southfield. Admission and parking are free. The job fair will feature a variety of employers from southeast Michigan who will be on-site to meet with potential applicants and accept resumes. Job seekers are encouraged to arrive early, dress for success and bring an ample supply of resumes.

Established in 1986, Operation ABLE of Michigan is the premier provider of computer and job training for mature individuals, ages 40 and older, in southeastern Michigan. The agency promotes lifelong learning and assists employers with developing a competent workforce. The organization offers a full range of computer and career development classes at its midtown Detroit office.
