The revamped
Optical Express careers section of the website includes descriptions of all teams under the Optical Express umbrella, from optometry, to the customer contact centre, to warehouse and distribution, to hospital services. This highlights the diversity of positions available at Optical Express, many of which are not usually associated with the business.

While applications had previously been accepted in-store, applications to Optical Express, The Dental Clinic, and The Cosmetic Clinic will now only be accepted online. This will expedite and simplify the application process, as well as give applicants an opportunity to learn more about

The
sunglasses section of the website has undergone a major overhaul as well, moving from a simple description of Optical Express' offerings, to a full ecommerce site on which customers can purchase frames. The full range of frames offered from Optical Express will be available online, all with free shipping. This includes styles from Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Ray-Ban, YSL and Fendi.
