OrangeHRM Announces OHMRCon 2015 - The World's First Open Source HR Tech Conference

OHRMCon is powered and produced by OrangeHRM, and will be held in Times Square, NY, is the world's first Open Source HR Software Conference.



The conference will be held in Times Square, New York at the Marriot Marquis on the 1st and 2nd of October 2015.

The conference will be held in Times Square, New York at the Marriot Marquis on the 1st and 2nd of October 2015.

The agenda is packed with key notes and cases studies from an A-list of celebrity CEO's, industry experts, thought leaders and analysts.

HR for All

OHRMCon 2015 will follow the theme "HR for All" and will highlight how OrangeHRM fits into any business to deliver an extraordinary experience and results. Long time OrangeHRM users Red Hat, Caceis and Diona will feature in case study and panel discussions to discuss how OrangeHRM can be implemented across diverse organizations.

OrangeHRM's product roadmap has an exciting set of revolutionary features that are set to be unveiled at the OHRMCon. Among those is a state of the art Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which is under development and is internally referred to Project Nova.

OrangeBuzz is another addition that will be unveiled at the OHRMCon 2015. This integrated application will function as a private social media too for those companies that like to keep their chatter secured and in-house.

Keynotes
While the OrangeHRM is yet to announce its entire list of speakers, some experts have already been featured on the official website and video.

Lee Congdon
Lee Congdon is responsible for Red Hat's global information systems, including technology strategy, enterprise architecture, information technology governance, solutions delivery, and the systems operations supporting the company. Lee has more than 25 years of experience as an IT leader. Before joining Red Hat, he was at Capital One, NASDAQ, Citicorp and IBM.

David Axmark
David is one of the Founders of MySQL. Before MySQL took over all time David worked as a consultant for over 15 years. In January 2008 Sun Microsystems acquired MySQL for a staggering $1 Billion proving the legitimacy of open source business models.

Dr. Richard Johnson
Dr. Johnson is a professor of management at UAlbany's School of Business. His research focuses on Human Resource Information systems (HRIS) e-learning, the psychological and sociological impact of technology, psychology and computer use, Motivation and the digital divide. His recent articles include studies on e-learning and gender, e-commerce and e-learning effectiveness. Dr. Johnson received his PhD from the University of Maryland.
