Dr. O'Sullivan is a physician and medical consultant. During his educational career, he earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Melbourne University. Dr. O'Sullivan serves as the Chairman of the Site Development Committee and was the past President of Sovereign Hill in Ballarat. He was the recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia in 1991.
