During it's first 5 weeks of release, 'Ohana - Volume One, was the most downloaded Pop Compilation (Various Artists) Record in the World. "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" by Kaulana Kanekoa and Vince Esquire was the #1 Pop Compilation download on iTunes in the US, UK, Germany, France, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy, Canada, Ireland, Spain and Denmark, Australia, Belgium, and Austria.
After remaining the #1 most downloaded song on the iTunes Pop Compilation Record Charts for over 4 months in the US and Canada, in mid-January, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" entered the iTunes Folk Charts and on January 28th, it reached #1 in both countries!
Look for the music video of Kaulana Kanekoa and Vince Esquire's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" which will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack album (March 21, Milan/WB) from the feature film "Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School" starring Robert Carlyle, Marisa Tomei, Mary Steenburgen, Sean Astin, David Paymer, Camryn Manheim, Danny DeVito and John Goodman.
