Since 2010, portable recreational oxygen has not been considered a banned substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency (refer to section M1 of the WADA prohibited list). Oxygen Factor is not aware of its use being banned by any sports organization. Thus, Oxygen Factor can currently be used legally by all athletes in all sports with the exception of fighters. Fighters are subject to the rules of the Athletic Commission. Some states ban supplemental oxygen from fights while others allow it in the locker room only (not ringside). It is your responsibility as an athlete to get any supplements reviewed by your Athletic Commission prior to a fight.
There are no side effects when Oxygen Factor products are used as directed. People with impaired heart or lung function or other medical conditions should consult with their physician prior to using Oxygen Factor products. Oxygen Factor products are for recreational, intermittent use only. Prolonged use is defined as uninterrupted intake for more than 8 hours. Since Oxygen Factor is not a medical product or intended for medical use, it is neither regulated nor approved by the FDA.ABOUT OXYGEN FACTOR
