The first award is the MarCom Gold Award, in the category of Design/Web Site Home Page, for Page 1 client,
Dr. Adam Chapnick, a Toronto cosmetic dentist. Website designer, Jay Darnell, said, "Dr. Chapnick's website had started to look a bit dated. For this redesign my goal was to modernize, smooth and brighten the look & feel of his existing brand. He wanted a site that was clean, intuitive, lively & personable. Dr. Chapnick retained Page 1 in November of 2009 to help establish a comprehensive Web marketing campaign for cosmetic dentistry in the Toronto area. The new website features cutting edge navigation, custom calls-to-action, and custom copywriting.
The second award, for Medical Standard of Excellence, came from the Web Marketing Association's WebAwards for the new website designed for Griffin & Reed Eyecare, a
LASIK surgery and family eye care practice in Sacramento, California. SEO, Writing and PPC Director, and Account Manager for this project, Lesa Hastings, had this to say about news of the award: "We always enjoy working with Griffin & Reed Eyecare.
