Pardee Homes' Inland Empire Division Announces Sales Department Promotions

Two key Pardee Homes' employees, Cecilia "Cece" Thompson and Robert Marks, have been promoted with the company's Inland Empire Sales Department. The division is the 2014 Avid Cup winner for highest customer service ratings in North America.



    CORONA, CA, September 04, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes is proud to announce the promotion of two key Inland Empire employees, Cecilia "Cece" Thompson and Robert Marks, who have shown tremendous commitment and collaboration to the team dynamic according to Peter Altuchow, vice president of sales and closing services for Pardee Homes.

Thompson, who has been with Pardee Homes nearly 10 years, has been named Closing Services Manager. She manages the closings for 10 communities within the Inland Empire and Ventura and supervises the Closing Services Department. Her responsibilities include processing all government packages for government loans, monitoring all contingent buyers and managing weekly cash flow updates. She also works closely with all sales team members and lenders overseeing monthly status meetings as she strives to ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals are met.

Marks has been named Sales Manager of Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division following three years as a New Home Advisor for Pardee in the Beaumont area. In his new position, Marks will work closely with the team to achieve sales and closing goals as well as ensure a positive, unique and memorable customer experience for homebuyers.

Marks has 10 years of combined real estate/lending experience and has developed strong and productive working relationships with Pardee's entire sales team, design center staff, closing services team and lenders. He is also responsible for sales team training, new hire orientation and mentorship regarding sales techniques, construction knowledge and professional growth in order to continuously improve team expertise and effectiveness. In addition, he will be working with the team to leverage the latest technology that enables the Division to maintain its industry-leading status.
