In rating a community's sustainability, NGBS notes such advantages, and checks on the opportunities to walk, drive a short distance or hop onto Metrolink to get to them.
As rated by NGBS, a truly green home thus offers a measuring stick for perhaps the most valuable non-renewable resource of all time.
