Most recently, he has been leading the public sector recruitment operation, strengthening Parity's position in the market with many successes; amongst these, the win of two supplier awards through the Catalist Framework Agreement, and taking the business to the top of the suppliers' list in IT and project & programme management services within the framework.
The company has now decided to entrust into Rommel's hands the whole recruitment business, promoting him to managing director. "This appointment recognises the talent that Parity nurtures and also illustrates the commitment of the organisation to reward success with real opportunities for development", said Parity Group CEO Alwyn Welch.
