    NEW YORK, NY, February 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Emeril Lagasse, Rachael Ray, Jamie Oliver, Giada De Laurentiis and approximately 17,000 wine and food lovers expected to converge at the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village, February 26 & 27, 2011 one of the main events at the 10th Annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine.

This year for the first time Parrano cheese will be sampled at this signature event of the festival, which is the most visually stunning event as it takes place right on the beach. Culinary demonstrations will be conducted by Food Network celebrity chefs including Duff Goldman, Michael Symon, Anthony Bourdain, Tyler Florence, Rocco DiSpirito and scores of others. Parrano is a silver level sponsor of the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village.

South Beach Miami is one of Florida's most dazzling, vibrant spots. At the southernmost tip of Miami Beach, its famous for its Art Deco architecture, art galleries, trendy restaurants and night life.

Over the last weekend of February it will be known for this special four-day destination event which features the talents of the worlds most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities and attracts more than 53,000 foodies.

The cheese unique combination of a fine aged Parmesan and nutty Gouda taste can turn ordinary salads, sandwiches, pastas and sauces, into the extraordinary.
