Mr. Rojas received his Ph.D. in engineering from New Mexico State University in 1997 and his master's degree in statistics from New Mexico State University in 1995. He is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, the National Assessment of Educational Progress, the American Mathematical Association Two-Year College, and the Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Sciences.
