Patrick Roynette Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Industrial Information Technology

    Toulon, France, February 1, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patrick Roynette, Senior Vice President of Business Development of IRTS, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in industrial information technology.

Mr. Roynette is an expert in military ruggedized systems, with 20 years of experience successfully closing major contracts on various continents. He excels in consulting with companies on their sales, customer relations and network management strategies and helping them to install system engineering processes for real-time applications. Mr. Roynette is able to change small company behaviors to positively impact their bottom lines.

In 2001, after more than 15 years with Thomson-CSF (now Thales), Mr. Roynette decided to change course and joined Xplore technologies, a North American headquartered startup to develop their strategy. Here, he was in charge of rugged product international sales and business development. Then, company CEO Brian Groh asked Patrick to manage the future international team based in Finland. This initial team originated from a company named Ramline, which was bought by Xplore, and had its own culture and products. After one year under Mr. Roynette's leadership, those six team members became fifteen, and the company's products were now integrated in Xplore's group line and manufactured in Austin, TX. Above the operational constraints, Mr. Roynette was involved in corporate strategy by creating and managing the Swedish holding for fiscal optimization. He also created the conditions to share the same visions for multicultural teams in Sweden, UK, France, Germany, Arabia, and the US), and built a sales and support team with financial control. This became one of the most exciting experiences of his professional career: the power to think and act globally.

Mr. Roynette received ENSAM Certification in 1985, ESE Certification in 1987 and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe. He is a certified engineer and military volunteer. He is a member of the Society for Information Display and a Life Member of the Association of the United States Army. In the near future, he intends to continue using his talents to explore challenges internationally.
