Mr. Hill gained his early financial planning expertise as the principal of Hill Financial Advisors, a registered investment advisor and financial services firm he formed in 1983. That experience led Mr. Hill to earn several pioneering professional designations such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) and Chartered Financial Consultant in 1983, and then later Accredited Tax Advisor as well as others. Mr. Hill earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in English at the University of Rochester in 1974, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance at William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration also at the University of Rochester in 1989. Professional education includes a Master of Science in Financial Services at American College in 1988, and a Master of Science in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning, at of the University of Phoenix in 1997.
