With an impressive background that spans over 18 years, Mr. Palandjian is responsible for investments management, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning and consulting. He considers his leadership skills and the support he receives from his colleagues to be the driving forces behind his success.
Prior to attaining his positions at Trinity Group Limited and Somerset Equity Advisors, LLC, Mr. Palandjian served as a principal and director of the Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation for over 15 years. He held positions as the CFO and president, and was instrumental in increasing the company's portfolio from 200 million to over 1.4 billion dollars. In his capacity as a principal of Intercontinental, he is a recipient of the Developer of the Year Award from the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties in 2005 and was recognized as Boston's Top Young Business Executives in 2004. He is also a recipient of a Historic Preservation award by the Cambridge Historic Commission for the sensitive and responsible real estate development of the Grendel's Den block in Harvard Square. He considers his leadership skills and the support he receives from his colleagues to be the driving forces behind his success.
Mr. Palandjian received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College. He sits on the board of trustees at the Belmont Hill School, the board of directors for The Leary Firefighters Foundation and the board of overseers for the Mount Auburn Hospital and The Institute for Contemporary Art at Boston. In addition, he works as an undergraduate admissions interviewer at Harvard University and was a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School.
