With 27 years of professional experience, Paul S. Peterson is an expert in large account management. He lends his talents to Black Box Network Services, a telecommunications company. As the sales operations manager, he is responsible for training and mentoring the sales team at the office in Minnetonka, MN. After being a high school teacher and coach for five years, Mr. Peterson found that sales was a better fit for him. He is proud to have built his sales career at Black Box Network Services and Norstan Communications. He has consistently exceeded his targets as a sales account representative year after year. He attributes his success to his work ethic, organizational skills, training, serving as an advocate for his customers and being a team player.
In addition to industry-related training, Mr. Peterson received a Bachelor of Arts in Education in 1976 from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Honors of which he is a recipient include two Sales Representative of the Year awards from Norstan Communications. In his spare time, he stays physically active and volunteers with various organizations affiliated with Black Box Network Services. He has also served as a mentor to inner-city school children. In the future, Mr. Peterson aspires to continue to train, coach and mentor sales representatives at Black Box Network Services.
