Ms. Nolan has developed a high standard of ethics when it comes to events and how they operate.
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, June 12, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Commonwealth Bank Head of Events, Paula Nolan, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in event organization services.
After more than a decade in her field, Ms. Nolan has developed a high standard of ethics when it comes to events and how they operate. She has perfected an expertise in building event strategies, organization and analysis. She is also passionate about sharing her knowledge by training and mentoring others. Ms. Nolan brings this dedication and experience to Commonwealth Bank as head of events. In this position, she leads six event managers and plans events for small, medium and large-scale businesses. She also collaborates with the leadership team and oversees daily operations, which includes brand promotion, budgeting, communication and strategy. Throughout her seven years in the position, Ms. Nolan's hard work, communication skills and ability to inspire a team have led her to continued success. She is also constantly learning and keeping up-to-date in her field.
Prior to joining Commonwealth Bank, Ms. Nolan earned a bachelor's degree in tourism, marketing and public relations from the University of Canberra in 1995. She went on to begin her career at a wholesale travel company. Ms. Nolan was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding, and maintains affiliation with Meetings and Events Australia and Event Network. Looking forward, Ms. Nolan aims to continue sharing her extensive knowledge and raising the company's profile. She would also like to participate in speaking engagements.
