-- Paulette B. Maggiolo, Author & Novelist, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of creative writing.
Following 45 years in the field of education, Paulette B. Maggiolo made the decision to turn her time and attention to writing. She has since published three novels: "No Such Word," "The Guilty Teacher" and "The Terrorist Trap," which are often used in classes in English and French-speaking countries. In France, "Le Professeur Coupable," "Le Piège Terroriste" and "Les Secrets de L'Agent" were published by Les Editions du Pantheon in Paris.
Dr. Maggiolo began her teaching career at a high school in her native France and moved to the United States after WWII when she married an American officer. Once in her adopted country, she taught in public and private schools for three decades and at a military school for 10 years. Though now officially in retirement, Dr. Maggiolo serves as an adjunct faculty member at a local community college. The recipient of a golden key from Phi Beta Kappa, she attributes her success and longevity to the values that her parents had instilled in her.
Fluent in French, English, Spanish, Italian and German, Dr. Maggiolo completed a Ph.D. in modern languages at Middlebury College. She also holds a master's degree in languages and a bachelor's degree in languages, both from Columbia University. Looking to the future, she aspires to gain more recognition in the United States as a published author.About Cambridge Who's Who
