Technologists of the company developed various formulations for "Zhitnitsa" use, combining it with other flour grades in different proportions, and monitoring properties of dough. The product was applied as a base for flat pancakes and wheat cakes - the result is a healthy and deliciously tasty snack, with the perfect airy texture. The bakery is nicely shaped, and has a distinctive aroma.
