    /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- PHOENIX, AZ, January 4, 2010, Pawel A. Kistner, Police Detective (Retired) for the City of Phoenix Police Department, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in law enforcement.

With 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Kistner specializes in communication and investigations. He is responsible for ensuring that all precinct stations and other bureaus are in compliance as required, handling the categorizing and disposal of drugs, firearms and other unneeded evidence, and monitoring communications between the information desk and other bureaus, precincts, agencies and the general public.

Mr. Kistner received his associate degree in criminal justice from Glendale Community College in 1985. While working for the Arizona National Guard, a friend encouraged him to join the police department. He attained a citation in reference to homeland security in 2001, and he is currently a member of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association and the Association of Retired Phoenix Officers. He attributes his success to his dedication, hard work and passion for his profession. In the coming years, he intends to do consulting.
