MerAssistant assist on-site technicians, traveling site technicians and PBX Managers/Supervisors in the day-to-day interaction with the Meridian Switch.

MerAssistant is designed to turn a Maintenance Terminal into a Graphical User Interface (GUI) program where change actions take place at the click of a button.

With the automation of daily tasks and the one click command buttons - the program is an excellent assistant to accomplished command prompt programmers as well. (Think of ProComm Plus with every Macro you ever wanted - built in).

Great for sites that don't have an On-site technician or sites that are 24/7 operations.

MerAssistant is loaded with automation features that compliment any technician or pbx managers daily duties.

- Have your History Report waiting for you each morning.

- Have all Error Code "Explanations" in your History Report waiting for you each morning.

- Have a LDIS (Disabled Sets) report waiting for you each morning.

- Import by automation your TNB/DNB (fresh database each morning).

Other features are quick change and print commands.

- Quick Click Commands. Stat the TN in Focus, IDU the TN in Focus, and many more. Simplifies the troubleshooting process.

- Quick Change Commands. Change NCOS, Name, and Class of Service by clicking a button.

- All fields are searchable. If you wanted to find all sets that are ADL to 7111, click search and you're done. The same for all features, Class of Service, NCOS, etc.

- Too many features to mention on the TNB/DNB section.

- Print commands (There are 59 print commands from Loads 20, 21 and 22). Often outside vendors will ask for information about your switch. Click a command and the program does the rest.

In addition, the program allows the Pbx manager or technician to run reports.

- Reports. Phonebook, TN-DN-Name-Marp, NCOS, CLS. (40 Reports are included).

The Demo version is now available and the License for the full version is only $199.00.

This is an extremely affordable component to any Meridian switch and pays for itself with the first couple of uses.
