Pulley Works Enterprises is an air soft equipments company that specializes in tactical training and simulation platforms.

Additionally, Mr. Browning owns a management agency, which is an investor and advisor for a small clientele in East Tennessee and owns Armory, a custom static model company, where he creates figures and armor for trade shows. He attributes his success to his self-motivation, dedication, hard work and the continued support of his friends and family. Mr. Browning became involved in his profession because of his father's influence.

Mr. Browning received his Associate of Arts in Business Administration, his Associate of Science in Computer Science and his Associate of Arts in Economics from South College in 1996. He is a member of the International Plastic Modeler's Society and the republican National Committee.
