NASHVILLE, TN, May 01, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- PEDIGREE Foundation announced today that 2014 grant applications are being accepted from non-profit, tax-exempt animal shelters and dog rescue groups. Application forms are available on the Foundation's website at pedigreefoundation.org.
Innovation Grants, ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 will be awarded to qualified organizations for creative programs aimed at increasing dog adoptions. Successful applicants will present a detailed plan of action that includes clear program objectives, strategies, and measures of success. Organizations applying for an Innovation Grant must also demonstrate financial and organizational stability.
Operation Grants of $1,000 will also be awarded to qualified organizations. Operation Grants may be used for general operating support.
Applications are being accepted through June 30, 2014, at 8 p.m. CST. Grants will be distributed in the fall of 2014.
To apply for a 2014 grant, visit the PEDIGREE Foundation website at pedigreefoundation.org and click on the "Grants" link. All applicants must have a current 501(c)(3) tax designation status to submit an application.
