Penny A. Sells Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Business Management

    BARBERTON, OH, October 18, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Penny A. Sells, Owner of Walk Me-2 Double Dog Leash, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

Ms. Sells established Walk ME-2 Double Dog Leash, LLC, one year ago after she recognized the demand for a leash that allowed pet owners to walk two dogs at once with one hand free. After doing research, she quickly discovered the drawbacks of existing marketed and patented double dog leashes. She designed and built her own prototype and submitted a provisional application for a U.S. patent pending in 2010. She has also applied for a utility patent pending in 2011. As the business owner, Ms. Sells does a little bit of everything; she develops the products, sells them to dog kennels and distributes them locally, and handles all administrative work, advertising and marketing operations. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive knowledge of business management, sales, and research and development. She is currently working on obtaining licensing agreements.

A long-time resident and active member of her community, Ms. Sells is a member of Royal Neighbors of America. She received an award for distinguished achievement from the International Association of Firefighters in Barerton, Oh. and was recognized by political candidates and advocacy groups for serving 1,200 volunteer hours. Ms. Sells attributes her success to the love and support of her husband, Randy; mother, Karen; and her two dogs, Nikita, an 11-year-old malamute, and Travis, an 11-year-old black Labrador.
