Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in information technology, as well as permanent recruitment, executive search procedures, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, training and leadership. On a daily basis, she is responsible for providing high-end business advice, career training and recruitment services, and advising on talent acquisition and talent management.
Looking over her career as a whole, Ms. Coulter attributes her success to meeting inspirational people, and helping people achieve their goals and find their career paths, which has given her personal satisfaction and drive.. She became involved in her profession because she has three decades of experience in information technology recruitment. She is able to match information technology with various industry sectors, and to work with C-level management executives in their careers. With her experience, she started her business, and brings an enormous wealth of knowledge and wisdom to relationships through her contracts in the business community. The most gratifying aspect of her career was being invited to participate in various industry forums for the greater good of the ICT sector.
