PerDM Announce Results of Improved Business Communication Strategy

Field Marketing Company, PerDM implemented a new internal business communication strategy to cope with increased demand for their outsourced services.

CHESTER, ENGLAND, April 09, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- PerDM reported reduced stress levels, a more positive work environment and improved efficiencies since reviewing and adapting their internal business communications. A key change has been the training and development at all internal staff levels around how to improve their approach and dealings with supplier queries. As a consequence their confidence has grown which has allowed for a more efficient and hence competitive business.

The sales and marketing industry often report increased sales through their competitiveness. PerDM have proved this through increasing their competitive nature through improved communication. PerDM Director, Ian Attwood realised the internal communications had weakened by December 2010 when the company exceeded its growth expectations for the previous 12 months.  "Characteristic with a dynamic and fast growing business, my duties have increasingly meant a need to review and support the review conducted by executive management to understand what sort of operational changes are required to support our rapid growth," said Ian Attwood of PerDM.

PerDM sources more than 7 million customers per year through their multi national network of associated companies in the UK, Europe, South Africa and North America.  'With the pace PerDM was expanding, it became apparent that our communications strategies were not integrated to their full potential across the country.  It has been 12 months since we made business communications the highest priority and have seen a more streamlined and focused internal team be developed.  Clear goals were set and we have continued to grow through the implementation of this improved communication strategy' claims Ian Attwood of PerDM.

PerDM state certain skills are essential to develop effective business communications. Building effective communications within a team requires strong leadership, the ability to motivate to get the desired results and knowing when to take action to manage time and stress levels.  Effective communication enables all departments to feel they can voice their concerns and contribute their ideas to assist with the company's development and growth.

PerDM believe the quality and reliability of communications within a robust enterprise is essential to the success of a business. Their focus on great collaboration and superior customer care has led them to become the fastest growing Field Marketing Company in the UK and Ireland.

PerDM intends to bring their effective communication, productivity and collaboration benefits to clients across the globe.

PerDM was established in August 2005 in response to the UK markets need for a field sales organisation capable of delivering high quality results with consistency and reliability.

The company was formed by a group of former UK financial services executives and senior executives from the leading North American field sales agency and since 2005 we have continually recruited leading figures from the B2C and B2B business arena.

PerDM have expanded rapidly with offices across the Republic of Ireland, South Africa, Brazil and North America - a true Global field sales and marketing company.
