Under terms of the five-year agreement, Pharmacy OneSource is now a government-preferred vendor and will continue to provide local, state and federal government healthcare entities with its high performance pharmacy software applications. Pharmacy OneSource's contract, #GS-35F-0571S, is valid through August 10, 2011.

Before receiving a GSA Schedule contract, vendors are evaluated and must meet corporate and product mandates. Pharmacy OneSource's customer satisfaction, product performance and corporate history were taken into account when determining the request for inclusion.
The new contract will enable state and local government healthcare agencies looking to comply with the Federal Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) the ability to easily purchase Pharmacy OneSource's software through the GSA Advantage! online shopping and ordering system.
