ALTOONA, PA, March 19, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Phillip M. Duse Sr., patent owner of "Three Hand Pinochle" and author of four books published by Xlibris has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of business management.

As owner of Three Hand Pinochle, Mr. Duse is responsible for marketing and distributing his patented three hand pinochle game (see www.phillipduse.com). He started his career as a U.S. Army Professional Logistician. After retiring, he was employed by Bendix Field Engineering in Columbia, MD before he accepted positions with the U.S. Government as a Property Administrator with the Defense Logistics Agency's Contract Management Command and as a Senior Contract Property Manager with the U.S. Navy's Naval Air Systems Command. Mr. Duse then returned to the Defense Logistics Agency to accept a classified position in the Special Contract (Black Box) office, retiring from government employment in 1997.

In 1960, Mr. Duse joined the United States Army. During 20 years of honorable service he acquired the ability to speak Vietnamese and German (level 3). At the age of 27, he was promoted to E7, Sergeant First Class and at the age of 32 he was promoted to Warrant Officer. He retired in 1980 as a Chief Warrant Officer, CW-2 (P).

The titles of Mr. Duse's four books are: "Phil Duse Versus the Tyranny of DOD/DOJ and Its Intelligence and Investigative Agencies," "EEOC: The Real Deal," "False Color of Authority" and "New Short Stories and Three Hand Pinochle." He is currently working on his fifth book with the working title "US Government Quacks and Dolts." In four of these books, Mr. Duse brings to the public arena examples of decades of no merit actions of government that directly or indirectly can be shown to violate the constitutional rights of U.S. citizenry provable by "Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging" [fMRI].

A recipient of the Bronze Star from the United States Army and graduate of writing courses offered by Harcourt Learning Direct and the Writers Institute of West Redding, CT, he was awarded an Associate Degree from the University of Maryland European Division. He also attended six different universities for over 120 credit hours. He continues to advertise and market his three hand pinochle game to casinos and individuals with the ultimate goal of opening his own Casino/Civilian Officers Club when financing permits.
